I've got a dvd rw disc with a 3gb file,when installed in my pc no auto play box appear's, and nothing appear's to be on the disc.When installed on another pc it work's fine.

Open 'My Computer', right click on your DVD drive that you want to put your DVD-RW in and clikc on the second tab labeled 'Auto Play'. You should be able to reconfigure it from there.

I've tried that it doesn't work.The disc brand is a Philips dvd+rw,could this disc be incompatible with my dvd rom drive?

if the disc is '+' then it will be incopatable with a '-' drive. You'll either need a '+ / -' drive or someone to put the data onto a '-' disc.

What drive do you have?

It's a Liteon 122 which I've discovered isn't compatible so I'm thinking of upgrading,
one which supports all formats like lacie D2+/-rw....any other good ones?
