When the computer boots, the fans run, the HD spins, but the monitor light does not change from amber to green as if there was no video card. I switched the video cards but it did not help. I know the monitor, keyboard, RAM, and mouse are okay because I used them with another computer. I'm thinking the BIOS chip went bad. What do you guys think?
