I Went Into Bios Advanced Tab And Changed To Legacy Free Now I Cannot Get Into Bios F1 And Del Do Nothing Please Help

What motherboard is it?
have you tried removing the power leads to the motherboard and removing the battery ?

Removing the CMOS battery & unplugging it from the mains, will clear the BIOS of any changes you have made to it and give you a 'new' fresh BIOS to play with.
