i have a canon i350 and when i try to print a test page or anything else all it does is take the paper in and then the paper gets stuck(note: when i say stuck i dont mean the paper is jammed!) and wont print then later i get an error message saying that the docment has failed

so i try again and get this

Service error 5200.
Cancel printing and turn the printer off and then back on.
If this doesn't clear the error, see the printer manual for more detail.

ive done that but wont stop coming on

i can now print a test page and the error message no longer comes up but now for some unknown reason the colour cartridge wont work.

i have had the colour cartridge for around 2-3 months and the black was brand new today
