    Question Latitude "autoclick"

Does anyone know how to disable the autoclick function on the touchpad of my Dell Latitude Cpx?

Define, are you talking about the key click? If so, you go into the bios. f2 at bootup. Its either page 4 or page 5 (I dont have my CPx right in front of me) It will give you the option for Key click.

I mean when I tap the touch pad, it's the same as a left mouse click. I would like to disable this feature.

Have a look either in the bottom right corner in the inactive icons for the touchpad settings or go into control pannel and look there.

Within the settings there'll probably be a tick box which enable and disable the double click feature.

Yes! Your so right, there should be an icon on the lower right of the screen.
I found the download on the dell support site. It is called the "Alps touchpad"
    download.

    Thanks,

    Steve
