Power Problem?
This may be a fairly simple problem to fix but I am new to building computers and such, so I appoligize if this is a dumb question. My comuter will run for a little bit and then all of a sudden just shut off. After a few seconds it will try to start up agian, but it seems like it doesnt have enough power to keep it running so it shuts off again. I dont know what it could be... I was thinking it may be the power supply or possibly the unit is getting to hot... I dont know...
It could be something totally different. I just moved last week and before I moved it never did this. Could something be loose? This gets very frustrating, any help that anyone could offer would be great! Thanks!

It certainly wouldn't be the first time a PC has started having problems after being moved. I remember one time when I built a system for someone, ran it perfectly for a couple of days for testing, then carefully transported it a few miles up the road and, at the customer's house, it wouldn't even switch on!
Open up the case, remove all of the components and re-connect them to ensure that everything is still tightly fitted.
If you still have problems, could you tell us what power supply you're using (including the wattage) and what components you've got fitted (including the number of drives) - it might be that your PSU doesn't have enough power to get everything running.
P.S. If re-seating the components does fix it, please let us know so we can close this thread. Thanks
