Hello. I recently bought a pre-used G4 Powerbook using OSX. At the top right is the drop down menu for changing charge indication to time or percent and opening the energy saver.The energy saver used to appear when I clicked on it. I doesn't anymore. Battery still charges with no problems. Any suggestions please on how to restore it? Or point me to a mac website.

This cuddly little features is usually restored within the control pannel that can be found through the mac dock (either located on the right, left or bottom by default).

Look for the power options and look through the tick boxes to make it active again.

thanks. Searched High and low to no avail?

restarted the G4 in OS9 energy saver control panel activates. Then restart in OSX it does not "Puzzling"

I'll have a look through my iBook (running OS 9.2) and my eMac (running OS X 10.3.6) and my G5 running (OS X 10.3.5).

I'll find for you somehow
