This has to do with only certain systems on my network. When they print from word or sometimes other application and at times form Internet explorer the text comes out really small like it was zoomed out but from other applications it fine. the problem is just limited to a few systems and only one printer so far so I guess the printer may be the issue but I can't figure out what it is. The Printer is a Lexmark C912. The fuser and the belt needed to be replaced so I thought that was it but since they were replaced the text is still small. I'm stumpped!!!!
