Ok DJ, I'm just about ready to wipe my HD and install XP, I dont spose you have like instructions on how to do it properly do you? Thanks again for ALL your help.

If you click the link in my signature titled 'How to wipe your hard disk and install Windows 2000' (or something like that), then you'll find that installing XP is a similar process

Yep, that fixed it, thanks DJ, but I have one more quesion, I want to buy a new CPU but I'm not too sure how to choose, what do I have to look for to make sure they are compatable? Thanks,
