I have a computer with Windows Me.
It freezes consistantly around the 5 to 7 minute mark.
Frezing with no mouse or keyboard control.

I would appreciate any suggestions as to why this is happening & what to do to fix it.

Alot more detail would help to begin with.

Did this just start happening?

Any new hardware? software?

Have you checked your temperatures?

Diagnosed your RAM & or Hard Drive?

Did it just start hapening - customer didn't say
The only new hardware installed was a D-Link pci network card.
The installation was smooth - no problems.
The installation was for connecting to adsl internet modem.
I haven't checked the temperature, ram or hard drive.
The customer is bringing the computer to me tomorrow, I will do these things & reply.
