CD R Disk Problems
I made a CD R backup using Nero in a multi-session burn. However on a later addition to that disk- I did not have it repeat the Index (I’m not sure that is the proper term for the part of the CD that says what is on the CD and where it is located) for the earlier information. The result is I can now access only the later information, but not the original. Since this is not a rewrite CD the original information must still be on the CD, but I am just no longer to access it. This is somewhat similar to a program that has been erased from hard drive it is still there but it now requires special software to locate it.
I assume there is similar software that would enable me to examine the contents of the CD whether or not it is listed in the newest Index to the CD. Can anyone recommend an easy to use version of such a program? (Freeware would be best as this only applies to a single CD, but naturally it the one I need to access right now.)
