    Angry No Display

    Hope someone can help,

    My PC specs are:
DFI Infinity 865PE MOBO with Phoenix Award BIOS
    Intel Celeron D 2.4Ghz CPU
    512MB DDR RAM PC2700
    nVidia MX4000 128MB graphics card
    350 Watt PSU
    80GB S/ATA Hard Drive (Samsung)

When I turn on my PC, the display will not turn on. sometimes there are beeps, sometimes none. THe beep sequence was long beeps with long pauses in the same pattern all the time. I recently had the overclock settings up to 2.6 GHz but am aware that both the board and CPU can handle this with no problems. I may have adjusted something by accident in the BIOS but I can't reset it. I tried clearing the CMOS and removing the battery which made no difference, I took every component out to check its condition but it all looks ok. tried another graphics card in the AGP slot, with the same results.
Can someone help as I've been without my computer for days now and its becoming very frustrating.

one short beep whe displaying logo--no error during post
long beeps in a endlell loop----------no dram insall or detected
one long beep followed by three short beeps---video card not found or video card memory bad.
high frequency beeps when system is working----cpu overheated or system running at a lower frequency
    hope this will help you
