Hello, I have recently installed a USB 2.0-Firewire Combo PCI Adapter Card in my computer. The operating system is Windows XP. The computer detects the new hardware however when I put the disk in to install the drivers it comes up with an error message which says hardware is not installed properly data invalid. If I go through my computer it has a yellow question mark next to the new hardware it has detected.
Please could you tell me what I need to do to get this to work? Have I installed it wrong? Do you think I damaged the card when installing it? Your comments would be appreciated. Thank you.
