What type of MB is it? Make, Model?

The Beep codes are significant. Most beep codes I am used to (in a general sense) mean memory. Reseat your memory may fix it. To be certain I would need your Motherboard and Bios manuf.

If you are getting beeps from the BIOS we need to ID the motherboard as AphJN said.

Also mentioned by AphJN: Did you remove & reseat the RAM?

If you can't boot to ID the board: What is the exact make & model of the computer?

If you can boot; try pressing F8 repeatedly after start up to see if you can enter Safe Mode in Windows. This will bypass your Video Card.
