What is the exact error message?
Also: have you looked in the Device Manager?
Device Manager: RT click My Computer then click Manage then Device Manager
yes ive done that,
it says exactly, the device cannot start (code 10)
Is the device plugged into a hub or directly into the computer?
If a hub; is it powered?

all the drivers installed. (Code 10). Try upgrading the device drivers for
