I bought a new modem a while ago and I installed it myself. (an internal Eicon Diva ISDN modem). However when I try to connect to the internet, it only connects about half the time (no dial tone). If it doesn't work I have to reboot the computer and try again. I've checked all the connections and they seem to be ok. Is this a problem with the modem or how I installed it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
