this may be a reall dumb question but it is really now starting to annoy me,

I just converted my 120gb hard rive from FAT32 to NTFS.

The conversionw as a succes to my point of view. the only thing is that, every time i start up windows XP (my only os) it woudl take about maybe 3-5 times slower then i was to start it under FAT32. Woudl this be somethign to do wiht my hard drive, as because o the converion? As be because i remembered, when it use to start up using FAT32, the HDD did not be read as much,a s i think is was mostly from the RAM and the CACHE
