i have tried to load my new pc cam but when i click on the icon it says load resource dll failed. i have no idea what this is and how to sort it. i had the pc cam sent as a pressie from china and the instructions r in chinese though i guess i must av loaded it ok to get the icon on screen.please can anyone help?thank u

What do you see under Device Manager > Imaging Devices?

Device Manager: RT click My Computer then click Manage then Device Manager

The info I can find says to install the software/ drivers before connecting the cam.

When you insert the CD are you saying that text is Chinese? (the links I see are actually Korean). fwiw
