ever since i flashed my bios on abits flash utility my system has been stable but a bit slow...just discovered that my athlonxp 2600+ is now coming up as a 2200+...of course the two sticks of 512 mb i have there is no longer coming up in bios as ddr333 but ddr266.....does anyone know how to reverse this or fix it?...may thx in advance

I have an abit nf7-s mobo....athlon 2600xp +...2 x 512 mb...

120 gb hhd..80 gb hdd....cd-rw and a dvd-rw..graphics card is a radeon 9800 pro........
