    Unhappy Motherboard: WIN98SE Installation Issue

Hi guys, I'm a newbie around. I got a little prob trying bringing to life WIN98SE into my new motherboard.

    I got a:

    MSI MS-6337 815EP PRO Ver:3
    Intel Pentium IIIE, 866 MHz (6.5 x 133)

I have my BootDisk for Win98 and my Original Installation CD. I do the FDISK, I FORMAT the HD, everything seems OK until I hit SETUP on the Command Prompt. The windows setup do all his checking but when it says :

"Copying files neccessary for the installation.
This could take several minutes. Please wait..................................."

The last time I wait for two hours!

There's something not good but I do not know what is it. A little help would be very appreciated.

I though it was the HD, but I try installing it in another motherboard (INTEL CALABASAS D810E2CB) with the same CPU, and everything works great.

It is a prob. with the motherboard? (MSI MS-6337 815EP PRO Ver:3)

THANKS FOR YOUR HELP IN ADVANCE.
