I want to upgrade my Mainboard from an MSI 645 Combo, and found this one floating around on ebay, I was just wondering if any one could tell me if its worth buying or even what else is. Thank, the link is

The Mother bord, the MSI, says that with the chipset and the FSB can support 800Mhz but its over the specs, I was just wondering if I had a CPU with an 800Mhz FSB what sort of damage, if any would happen to the Mother board when running it at the 800? Thanks,
