Hi my memory wont install i bought a new stick and my computer doesnt recongnize it. The guy at frys says he doesnt know whats wrong maybe you guys could help me



Also it keeps trying to dial a connection to acces the internet but i use broadban and connect trough a usb connection my modem

Firstly can you run a hardware scan and post here then tell us what memory you bought.

Secondly visit the Spyware Forum and look at owen post on how to post a hijack log, then post one so he can see what spyware you have if any which may be trying to dial your modem out.

umm hey this isnt the computer in question its the other one but it dont have internet access what can i do will dxdiag help out?

Just post your system spec including Mobo make/model (the one having problems) and also what RAM it is you bought.

im going to try to put veertest home edtion on a floppy and put in on that comp and maybe that will help a lil more
