Hey everyone, I have searched the net and on the forum but I still am not too sure what my problem is so please help!!

The problem is that yesterday when I went to work I turned my computer on wanting to continue download some stuff. Everything was fine when I left it for work. When I got back from work my room was silent. The power light was lit on the computer so I assumed it went to hibernate or something like that, but I soon realized that soemthing was wrong as the fan on the power supply wasn't turning. I shut off the comp by holding the power buttom for like 3 second and the power light went off for the computer. I tried to start the computer again by pressing the power buttom but then nothing happened. No fan, no monitor no nothing. all I realized is this high frequeny hum coming from the power supply. I open the case and I see the light from my mother board is on therefore the that means there is power from the power supple. I'm so worried that either my motherboard is fried or my cpu is fried. So far I'm thinking it could be the capacitor being messed on my power supply... but then there is still power.... Please let me know what you think.

Your PSU Fan at the least burned up. Maybe even your PSU total. Happens here at work alot.
