Problems

What Ive done

By the way im no expert with computers so if u could try to write in plain english it would really help.

Check the firmware verison on your BIOS (as seen when the PC boots, also availible when you access the BIOS.
Secondly check the mainboard manufacter's website for an updates for the BIOS.
The failing all that find out who made your CD / DVD drive and check their website for firmware updates or failing that go to www.rcp1.org and get the latest region free firmware.
