i have a giga-byte ga-6veml
and i want to clear the cmos but there are no jumpers , all the jumpers are clearly marked

how a bout taking the cmos batery out for a split second then reinserting it that should reset the cmos

i hade the battery out for like 10 min and it didnt work

that should have reset the cmos to original settings

why do you want to reset it

oops i did not know a bout the other thread you are best to keep with one thread at a time or confusion will reign
