    have you stripped the system?

    remove everything.

reseat one stick of ram & your video card, reseat your processor.

    what happens now?

Sorry to chime in so late in the game but I would really want to look at the heat coming out of the processor by now. If its scalding hot its burning up. If there is no heat then its already gone. If its warm but not as warm as it should be then you could have a power problem with the CPU.

When you have a backup bios its a good thing, but if the processor is not available to work through that it doesnt help. BIOS is just that, BASIC input and output system. this is what the processor uses to work with the system and vice versa. No CPU, No System.

    package)
supports Celeron processors in FC-PGA package
    supports 66/100/133MHz system bus frequency
