The scan is temporarily Out of Order.

Belarc is always a good alternative:

Or Everest if you want all the details:

It is a known issue. Haven't heard any new info lately. Sorry.

    There is always Belarc: http://www.belarc.com/free_download.html

hey, nice scan but I think I found a bug in it. I ran the scan just for curiousitys sake, and it misread my memory. it said I had 2 gigs of unknown memory running at 400 mhz. Well, I have 2 gigs of patriot ddr2 running at 800 mhz. The memory is 800 mhz, the motherboard is a gigabyte m-61p-s3 motherboard that does support 800 mhz, and according to a hardware monitoring tool that came with my motherboard, it is indeed running at the full 800 mhz. everything is at stock voltage/frequency, I dont overclock, so its odd that ur hardware scan reads my memory at half the speed its supposed to. it got everything else right. my system is as follows: gigabyte M-61P-S3 motherboard, AMD athlon 64 x2 6000+ 2 gigs of patriot ddr2 6400, Saphire ATI 3870 x2, 500 GB WD hard drive, and a 750 watt coolermaster PSU. I am also using vista ultimate 64 bit.

ok update since last night. I updated my bios last night to see if it would solve the incongruency, it did not though it helped fix a couple other problems I had with my computer, but it changed nothing scan wise. So today, I decided to experiment and upped the voltage from the 1.8 volts they were running to the 2.2 volts the manufacturer states they were suppsed to run. I have kept it at 1.8 in the past because they seem to run a notch cooler, and according to my monitoring tool stil run at 800 mhz at that speed, just with lower timings. anyway, I upped it to 2.2 volts and your online scan now reads them at the full 800 mhz. so either my monitoring tool is off, im misreading it, or if there was a glitch in it last night it is now fixed, or some other variable im not thinking of. Anyway, just an update.

After the scan it should show results in a new window of IE.

Again it does not work with Windows 7.

Great, maybe it should have that on the scan page so I don't waste time trying.

What particular hardware were you trying to detect?
