I've just purchased an 8-in-1 card reader/writer from Belkin, which I installed correctly (following the manual instructions), but when I click on the removable drive icon, I get this message ' drive not accessible, the request could not be performed because of an I/O device error '. The card reader works fine when first plugged into USB slot (using windows XP removable drive popup box) but when I just plug a card into the reader it wont autoplay) and when I go through 'my computer' to 'removable drive' I just get the message as previously described. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.
