I Rebooted My Computer And Now Only Have 16 Colours Instead Of 256. I Went Into Display And It Is Only Giving Me The Option Of 2 Or 16 Colours Why?

You need to update your Video Card Drivers. Go into the Drivers section of this forum and post which type of Video Card you have and you'll be guided to the correct drivers.
