I opened my pc case to clean for dust. But after closing the case and Put on the supply. But it fail to ON. I checked my pc smps with another pc. It is Ok. What might be the problem. May help me. IT is P3 1 Ghz with 64 Mb ram and 98 0s

what do you mean by smps?
what exactly is happening?
are the fans turning?
have you checked power lead, fuses?
did you unplug any thing when you were spring cleaning?

Thanks for the response. When we switched on the computer from the front panel switch push button (it is ATX POWER SUPPLY) nothing happens. SMPS is the PC supply unit (switch mode power supply)When we On the PC from the front panel by pressing the push button nothing happens and no fan rotates. Fuse of the power supply checked OK. Even power supply connectors of all drives isolated. But no response. I am sure that all connectors are inserted back after cleaning. POwer lead and live socket is tested OK

Did you dislodge the PSU and cleaned the internal fan? I did this once, and it did not turn back on (No power) until I securedly put back the screws tightly on the PSU. Try that.
