Stopped beeps but PC still won't work

    I have a:

    PC: Pentium 4, Feel-V MV-2001S PC
    Bios: AMI
Video card: nVidia GeForce FX 256MB
    Windows: XP

so whats my problem: Well I start up my PC and only thing I hear is 3 times a beep. I know this is my memory, so I tryd to change the (2) memory sticks, but it didn't help. So I just added a new one to my 3th slot and the beeping stopped (I now have 3 memory chips in my PC), but now I just get a black screen at startup and nothing happens. So what to do now? I really don't have a clue

Take out all three memory modules. Then just put the new module back into the first slot.

Switch on and see if it works. Let us know

just tryed that, didn't work, I just get the beeps back, but the screen won't start . I took the second chip, putted it in, and still the same, then the third one and also the same. I took 1 chip out of this computer I'm using now, and it still didn't work, while it does work on this one

Does enyone have eny idea how to fix this?
