I have a Toshiba Tecra 730xcdt notebook comp

when i want to install stuff from a disk

it doesnt boot the c-d up and when i installed windows 98 skipped drivers

the reason y is because for some reason my c-drom drive is E: and not D: and it thinks that E: is D: dunno y but that D: all it has in it is this:

~mssetup.t this is a folder

and if i click on it it is the same folder again i click it again and there is nothing in there...

Is there ne way i can make my E: be D: cause im sick of this..........

This folder was just used during the installation of some Microsoft app and is not needed.

Delete it

k but how do i delete the whole d: and maybe move the e: to the d: if possible
