for some odd reason, i can only burn 1 cd, then the computer will no longer recognise any other blank cd's, and after q couple of cd's fr just reading, the cd drive will stop reading the cd's and sometimes i can't eject the cd's. All this is fixed after i restart the computer, but its troublesome to restart the computer for every single cd i want to burn.

doesnt matter what brands i use, ive been using, tdk and imagenation, ive used them before without any problem.

I have kinda the same problem, the CD-R i am using work fine on another of EXACTLY the same system as mine, its an ARTEC BKM56x16c Combo drive, brand new, 1 week old if that, i burnt one disk when i bought the thing (with nero express 6) and yesterday i try to burn more, wont read the blank disks, tells me there is no disk in the drive
