Ok this will be quite the long......... post... but here goes. I have an old 233 MMX Pentium. It has a 1.9 GB HD and 64 MB SDram PC-66 (or 33)... anyways.. It has windows ME on it. and when i start it up it says Error in Regestry Run, Regscan (something like that). it starts in safe mode.. BUT it takes about 15 minutes to load and is slower than syrup. I was thinking of replacing the HD with a 6.4 GB one.... The problem with that is it has a FORM of windows 95 on it and im having problems.... SO i was wondering how i might go about connecting it to my DELL (P4 2.4) Win Xp, It is 6.4 GB.... i have no available IDE connects SO i was wondering if i could connect it to the same Cord and my all ready funtioning 30GB HD,,, or connect it to my burner or CD -Rom. It so what jumper setting would i need to change to the Slave HD... and!, any BIOS settings i would need to change???... ALSO.. How can i install windows 98 on the 6.4 GB??? I dont wanna mess up my dell... And i want to install windows JUST on my slave Dr. So any directions i can get from one of you Tech guys?

I was gonna try to do thje same thing to the 1.9 GB HD,, after the 6.4 so i could fix the Regestry error..... Any help on that one too????

ALSO my 233 has OLD PS/2 connection for keyboard and i am having trouble finding a new one.. so i couldnt select start up normal mode.... So i got a few things to do... maybe buy a USB/PS2 Coverter,,,,, __--Puterno--__

ok i fixed te reg error... now i need to install windows 98se on my 6.4 GB HD... i have to do it on my dell... and i dont want to damage anything,,,
