    spud? errr... where's the link?

I'm gonna feel sooo dumb when you tell me I know I am.

As for the problem - diferent graphics cards and mobo's have different slots.

ISA, PCI, AGP (Some weird AGP on my celly), AGP PRO and no doubt an XYZ-123 as well, looks like you bought the wrong card.

Nope - unfortunately not I've never known anyone to make a converter to adapt one type of slot into another type - there's just not enough demand for anyone to make one.

If you need some help identifying what you need to buy, then run the D-A-L.com Online Hardware Scan (there's a link in my signature below) and paste the contents of the log file into this message thread so that we can see what's available inside your PC.

Alternatively, here's a very easy guide. Brown slot = AGP. White slot = PCI. Black slot = ISA. If your PC is less than 18 months old, there's a chance that one or more of your PCI slots may actually be a new-style PCI-X slot, which is also a different type, just to make it more confusing!

    Hope that helps
