Computer fixed-Now printer won't work
I have a Dell with a Epson Stylus C40Ux printer. A couple of weeks ago the computer crashed and found out it was a bad harddrive. We hope that's what it is cause it's worked perfect since we replaced it. It came with a 40gb drive and they put a used one(8gb)in just to see if that was the defective part. It must have been that cause it's work perfect. But since then another problem has come up. My printer will only print blank pages. Up until this point this printer has worked perfect. I've done the usual stuff(clean the heads, new ink, etc.)but nothing has worked. Have reinstalled it but I get the same result. This is what frustrates me about computers. Is the printer just "broke" or am I overlooking some simple(?) procedure that I should do? Anyone with any idea's? Many thank's for your help! John

have you tried getting the lastest firmware drivers etc? also a bit of a silly thing but have you made sure its got ink etc? or maybe there may be some settings on your pc wrong?

also i read this somewhere but it might not help if this isnt the same printer as yours
Make sure that the ORIENTATION option under the PRINTING menu on the printer's control panel is set to P (portrait) and not L (landscape). Otherwise you'll only get blank pages out of the printer!

You need to reinstall the printer drivers as stated above, please go to the link below and download & install the printer driver. That should resolve your problem.
