I've riped the music file "VROCK.AT3" from my gta: vcs UMD. does anyone know a program that can play this file/convert it to mp3? i have the atrack3 codecs installed, but it just lets me create a .wav file wrapped around an atrac3 codec. Is there some pro audio program that will let me open .at3 files.
