Hi,

I manage the internet connections, routers etc for 25 properties all owned by a single landlord. Currently each house has it's own internet connection and router. All of the routers support the use of a VPN.

Is there any software available which the routers could create a VPN to which would allow traffic shaping / limiting on a per user basis? A user may have more than one device. The landlord would like the users to be able to see their own usage on a monthly basis.
