Having Security POP UP virus saying W32Blaster.worm.......how do I get rid of?
I got this pop up box that keeps scanning and says that I have a virus the w32 worm. I cant open anything not even IE. I can open my controp panel and documents. I have AVG uploaded but cant access it. It says DLACTRLW.EXE is infected and a whole bunch of other things
From my looking around they say its a scareware but no one is saying how to remove it. Can anyone please help me?

Thank you for getting back to me. I am on my dad's account right now because it won't let me get into anything on my account. Does that matter? Should I just go ahead and download and it will transfer over to my account?
I went to the download and it said that the worm virus not found active on my account, so wondering if i should go ahead , i am still on my dad's account?
