i have window vista laptop using netgear wireless router.using aol 9.1 vr. my problem is i can`t access any sites after signing on to aol. i found out if i go on as a guest i can use my screen names and have no problem. i have made enquiries via aol helpline, doz times, laptop providers, garage looking for a hammer, even my 3 yr old grandson. to my mind it is a fire wall blocking the screen names from direct entry, but if that is right what are they under to make them exceptions. i have macfee on it and ran a full scan and quarantined 1 virus. i disabled windows firewall uninstalled then re-installed aol and it worked perfectly. could get on the sites no prob and had all my favs back. i used it for an hour then signed off. an hour later i came back, switched on and was back to the same problem. no favs no way to access sites. internet explorer ok had to sign on guest again which i am on now. any help would be greatly appreciated
