    Router/Connectivity issue

    I installed a Linksys router, N; the connectivity for my pc is sporadic at best; how/what should I troubleshoot?

    What is the make/model of your router/wireless adapter? What OS do you have? Can you connect at all?

    Linksys Wireless N Broadband Router WRT160N V2
    XP SP2
    Pent 4 2.8 GH
    4 G memory

    Just recently updated network drivers, it worked great for a day, then back to the usual hit/miss connectivity


    PC connects flawlessly w/out router

    I have tried checking wires, etc....my next step would be to contact Linksys tech support?

    How far a way from the router are you? Have you tried to connect any other computer to the router? Have you tried having your computer closer to the router? What about your wireless adapter, has it worked before? What is its make/model?
