Try resetting the modem. There is a pin hole on the rear that says "Reset".

Unplug it first and hold the pin in for like 10 seconds and try to start it again.

no the power at the Modem is orange that mean the Modem is in safe boot mode not mine pc.

i unplug the power for a day and put it back on it still the same thing then the Reset button it stil teh same thng.
