Hi Guys,

I'm stuck and could do with some pointers where to look, what to do, to fix my problem. Initially thought of malware, but have used a lot of the tricks suggested here, last one was bitdefender online scan.
Since found out I can connect to the sites i can't connect through normally by using a proxy.
Using a DSL-G604T router / wireless, i suspect the problem is in the DNS settings, as the page states a DNS error.
Did change the MTU to 1200 on both laptop and router, but still won't do some sites. No problem connecting to those from other computers.
What else can I try?
Help would be appreciated.

Have you double checked your tcp/ip settings? Ensure you have your default DNS server correct. Is there a difference after you flush your dns? ( ipconfig /flushdns)

What types of sites wont work? Maybe your security settings in your browser are blocking them?
