I have a NETGEAR 108 Mbps Super Wireless ADSL Modem Router DG834GT.

I have a desktop computer, a laptop computer and an Xbox 360 on my network.

The desktop connects with a NETGEAR WG111T 108 Mbps Wireless USB2 Adapter.

The laptop connects with a 54 Mbps 802.11g Wireless Notebook Card.

The Xbox 360 connects with a Wireless Networking Adapter.

I have run the Network Setup Wizard on my desktop and my laptop.

I have checked the box to share Shared Documents across the network.

There is a folder on the local network on my desktop computer.

This folder is not there on my laptop computer.

I have tried Media Sharing with my Xbox 360, but it does not work.

I have tried sharing a printer also but it said it could not find the printer.

My computers are in the same workgroup called HOME.

When I click view workgroup computers on my desktop computer the only computer displayed is my desktop computer, and not my laptop.

What is wrong, and how do I fix the problem?

Have you set up your different computers to use the router as a gateway?

Yes but the problem is fixed now thanks. It was because my AVG Internet Security firewall was blocking traffic between the computers. I have now configured it to allow the traffic on the network. Thank you anyway.
