Hi

Just switched to TalkTalk for broadband and got a Modem/Router from them. Bought a Zoom wireless adapter. Installed it and internet etc. worked fine. Next time I turned on the computer it did not recognise the wireless adapter and had to go through the whole process again - end result - got online and everything fine. Unfortunately it happens evertime I shut the computer down. Is there a simple answer to this?? Can't wait 15 minutes to re-install adapter every time I want to go online!! Any help would be appreciated. I phoned Talk Talk and Zoom but shouldn't have bothered. Zoom told me to just take the adapter out every time I shut the computer down and then insert when about to go online. Didn't work.

What is the exact model number/model of the Zoom Wireless Adapter you have got?

Try uninstalling all software related to the Zoom adapter and then downloading the latest driver for your product from the Zoom website.
