DriveCleaner 2006 Free, although not spyware as such, is apparently a program that will give you exaggerated reports about security problems, etc in an attempt to make you buy the software. It has also been linked with another malware application. You should remove it.

3. Reboot and check whether the following file is present: C:\WINDOWS\system32\vturr.dll This wasn't there
These particular HiJack This entries look like they are a problem too:

This seems to have been the problem, hijackthis said to download lspfix.exe from www.cexx.org/lspfix.htm
