Well, you don't need QoS Packet Scheduling so that can be disabled.

I am surprised to see the Trend Micro Firewall driver in there. I have not seen that with other firewalls I've used and I don't know what that does. I currently have ZoneAlarm and Comodo installed on machines here (not both on same machine) and they do not add such a driver. It is likely it is adding traffic too.

I don't share any files or printers so would it be safe to disable that as well?

Yeah, you can disable that too. But if you get another computer on your network and then want it to have access to files/folders on your PC, you will need to enable it again.
