yes i have two computers and the problem is in both.. the modem is provided form the internet provider. i have called them, they said to download firm wire update for router, did that. then bought new router as told from them and still same problem. they refuse to come out, due to said they ran tests and its not the modem..

it all seems to be pointing to the modem
