i want to uninstall mynorton anti virus software that come free with bt i managed to uninstall bt online protection but not the norton i want to install mcafee total protection but it won't let me until norton has gone can any1 help pls thanks

Did you run the Norton removal tool? If not what exactly have you done to try to remove norton?
