So I have a device connected to my network through the back of the WRTG54 router and I am desperately trying to locate what IP address it is assigned so that I can connect to the device.

Is it a computer? If so, you can go to a command prompt (Run > CMD) and type ipconfig /all to see TCP/IP configuration information.
